Please I don't know why this phone data off by itself and on again, it happens to me most time I'm playing online game and it disconnect and reconnect again....I will lose the online match when such thing happen...Help!!!

Anonymous, 03 Nov 2020Hi? I have a question when you using it straight 9 hrs its make heated?Using the phone on a well airconditioned area does not make the phone heat. Mild use of the phone in full 9 hours straight does not make it hot either. However, when playing games such as ML in medium graphics, there is some noticeable heat, but not the kind where it becomes too hot.

There are multiple (and notable) cases where chargers suddenly *explodes* (no not that kind that it suddenly bursts out with shrapnels, but kinda electrical fluctuation inside) which, on one point, caused a mild burn in one of its victims, and made the charger burnt on the inside (it does not go on fire). But the store (PH) currently replaces the defective chargers with some freebies.
