I noticed that my infinix s5 proximity sensor is not working, I've tried all my best and I've also taken to an engineer but no avail, anytime I want to make or receive call the app/screen will always on, and the phone always hang, what can I do?

I opened gallery and clicked on video song.
Music is perfect but video is lagging.
I recognized the same thing in hotstar and MX player and Google files too.
How can I fix my problem?
Please Help me in this issue....!

i bought an infinix S5 lite with model no:X652, color: Violet 64 + 4 B, IMEI: 357949101268347/357949101268354 and was stolen on 04/09/2020 i wanted to track only for me to notice the IMEI nos are not authentic, how do i know whether my infinix is original or fake so that i will be careful in future, also using infinix is good my only challenge is wifi/network

The phone is good but on other hand I gat problem... When someone sends me an sms it's just vibration or silentness and my settings are good so what might be problem. Bcoz isn't making any sounds for notification
