2. When receiving or making calls, the screen light don't go off, is that how it is?
On both, have done a lot under settings but no different. Kindly help me out.

Please I haven't really enjoyed this phone since I got it..it started malfunctioning with charging...It has overwrite almost all the chargers I have tried with it since it rejected the so called follow come charger except for one Amazon charger which is not mine and the owner refused to sell it.. could it be that the phone charging capacity is higher than the charger? Someone should please educate and guide me on how to resolve this issue because am considering taking it to carlcare for this particular reason
