Thanks to the seller who took me to Carlcare; the notepad was changed at no cost. I was also given o one-year warranty by Carlcare. It's factory error. Take it back to the seller for replacement or repair @ Carlcare. Don't take it to any of those fake engineers.

I don't have true caller on my phone,my touch is not put on manually but for some days now my touch do on on it own,even where I normally use to put on/off does not work when this happens?

Description: I have bought two phones 5 days ago. just now have checked this problem in detail. following issues are found:
1. User is unable to select band from 2.4 to 5ghz.(2.4ghz is already selected)
2. hotspot connection can only be viewed and connected to mobile phone devices only and not to any machine(laptop), checked on 4pcs.( tested on windows 10,windows 7 ultimate)
INFINIX should look into this issue on urgent basis and resolve this asap.
