Can u suggest what to do to me now.
My smart 4 phone won't ring out. Even though l av gone to the settings to adjust it. I don't even know wen someone calls. The phone is barely 5 months

am an infinix user based in Kenya my problem is that my smart 4 infinix cannot register my sim cards,ittakes up to an hour for them to work. must say this a really bad phone gave me such a bad experience ,please don't buy any low budget phones especially infinix phones

I shld have continued using my Vivo phone
It keeps exiting games, saves phone numbers multiple times,
The keyboard keeps going on and off, it even takes a lot of time to pop up
This piece of crap is do damn slow!
I just threw 37k in the dustbin
I've not even use the phone for up to a month and I already hate it!!!

2 The haptic feed back on this phone is horrible the fact the phone can't even get simple words wright I literally miss spelled 80% of the words u an typing here even the word (the) and I couldn't even place the brackets wright
3 The UI us fool of sooooo many bugs I literally had to download a 3rd party ui before the phone became usable stupid 😠

2 our shouting here isn't going to help the situation we need to find infinix website and complain that if they can't fix all this problems they should refund out money back
I love gaming but not hardcore and it can't even play free fire without it exiting same tin with other games even subway surf faces issues this phone is just full of shit we need to make reports to infinix also I play among us and game also crashes and keyboard won't come out what ! Why isn't the keyboard coming out am I the only experiencing this

Been using itel ND Tecno ever since don't know why I even switched 😭 itel p36 is even better than this phone this phone is the worst I swear
