Have been trying to log in some of my application on my phone but it bring message like Application has been blocked till now I can't gain access to all applications on my phone expect only WhatsApp.pls how can I resolve this problem

I can't watch a video without it lagging whether online or on my phone storage, neither can I play a good game. I'm so disappointed and I've learnt my lesson
