Vivo is counting down to the launch of the X50 series in India – there are three days remaining. The local launch will take place on July 16 at 12:00 pm local time and will more than likely be livestreamed.

By the way, the company is running a Capture the X promo campaign – the winning photo in each of four categories will score the talented photographer a free vivo X50 Pro. This is the one with the gimbal-like camera. So, the Pro is definitely coming to India.

It’s almost certain that the vanilla vivo X50 will be part of the launch party too. However, whether or not the X50 Pro+ will join them remains to be seen (it is the first phone with the large 1/2” Samsung GN1 sensor, but lacks the gimbal system). Sales of the Pro+ in China started only a couple of days ago.

Vivo India’s Twitter account is also teasing the vivo TWS Neo, a pair of high quality earbuds with apt X Adaptive and large drivers plus three DeepX modes (tuned voice, bass and high frequencies). There’s no date on the teaser, but it’s a safe bet that they will be part of the July 16 event.

Just another phone with the ugly punch hole/notch display. I'm fed up seeing these non sense phones. Not exciting at all!
