What a bloody service u have karbonn. before one year battery damaged and cant use any other battery in this phone (karbonn a 12 plus) and no where getting this battery. if u cant do better service u can stop ur sales in india.

My battery of Karbonn A12+ got damaged. I am searching for a replacement battery from last month. It is not available even in service centers. Any idea where can I get a replacement battery in Bangaore? Now I am regretting on my decision to buy a Karbonn product.

Also i have contacted karbonn service centre in kolkata but no response. my phone karbonn a12+ was in karbonn service centre for 15 days in andheri mumbai just for the order of new battery ..today they have returned saying that nhi milaa madam...really it is so frustrating that company has not even battery of their launched phones...then from where we get it ....even in a city like mumbai i m not able to get it...

Atfer a week since i got the mobile it keeps on vibrating and changing the screen ob its on inspite on time and againn resettting it to factory settings,
