For ppl facing screen black during calls issue, the temporary but instant solution is go to settings>accessibility>and select the option 'power button ends call'.
Orelse open phone dialer and dial *#36#,automatically u will reach a list of hardware test list, choose the proximitysensortest and in it u will find only one option (in Chinese), click that and it will start a test to check, move ur hand around the sensor (beside front cam), if the sensor is working it displays a hand orelse it cross marks it(it also tries to self rectify it if possible) , be sure u r in a well lit up place.
If the above mentioned remedies doesn't work try downloading app from play store that completely disables that particular sensor

i m using dis phn frm six mnths but i m facing a lot of problems like hanging. heat up . screen blackening during calls. but da major prob. is that when i play subway surfer or another heavy game after playing for 10 to 15 min. the screen freezes nd i have to remove the batt. nd start it again its vry dissapointed plzz help anyone........

Hi Karboon this is appu ,i am using A9 and A12. Nice Mobiles using Superb and application very good. But Service center is very poor and Low service center only.
