I bought Karbonn s7 last week.. I love this phone..
Look & Handle 8/10
Process Speed 8/10(I played some high graphics game without any lagging)
Display 9/10
Battery 7/10 (Before I bought this is the only reason I paused.. but It is not like others are saying it is good)

Has a LED light which is On during charging
does not support OTG
by default only 1.5gig available for apps and cant move them to the SD card by default.
