This is Lajber Ali writing from Afghanistan. I requested KARBONN COSMIC SMART TAB10 TABLET through one of my friends from Indian and I was socked when I found that there is no place for SIM. I wounder how the Karbonn Comp forgot to leave place for SIM card in such a big size of Tablet. It is ridiculous, it is 2014 not 1945
worst tab ,it has visit service center twice in a year.has spent more than 7 months int the company and stops after displaying karbonn logo.
I bought a smart tab 10 4 months ago and the tab is hanging after displaying the logo, Karbonn. Please help me on how i can correct this problem.

For past 2 months they don't lift calls, and if they lift they say we shall inform you. They do not give information and give very flimsy reasons for not lifting calls like " I am in washroom".

All are advised not to purchase this tab due to many reasons. One reason is it attracts citing less cost but it won't work properly. Second thing if you will face any problem then it will take nearly one year to get it from the servicing center and after a follow up of at least twice in a month.
The worst customer service experience i ever faced or you can say that karbonn's customer service doesn't exist at all. My new karbonn ST10 had problems when I received it and then it took around 5 months to get it replaced after continuous followup.
So I was having a tablet which i paid for, but it wasn't better than a piece of junk.
Rahul, 05 Mar 2013I am facing a weird issue when using a Wifi connection on this tablet I can easily connect ... moreI'm facing m or less similar issue while connecting to wifi. I use reliance broadband with Dlink wifi router. Once switched on, the tab shows the signal in full strength. But on opening any apps like Youtube, TOI etc it asks to check the network connection. If i keep it idle for another 10 to 15mins it starts to load the pages. I'm not sure why it's happening. Secondly, I tried to connect using Tata Photon but it failed. I used the same dongle to connect to Karbonn Smarttab 8 and it connected without any issues.
Please DONOT buy KARBONN SMART TAB 10 tablet,its waste of money. This tab seems like a very good tab till it works, once the tab starts facing problem there is no good service center for Karbonn. I have purchase this tab 3 months back, it was working fine only for 3 months. The problem i am facing with this tab, i am not able to boot this tab, it is hanged after displaying KARBONN Logo. The Authorized service center has informed me that they cannnot do service for my tablet as my tablet IMIE (ST) number is not registered in KARBONN database (They are selling the products which is not registered in their data base) and they told me they are have around 20 TABS with them with similar problem which is not responded by KARBONN for more then 3 months.
I have send mail to there customer care but didn't get a proper reply. KARBONN toll Free number doesn't work at all.
Don't buy KARBONN Tablet, buy some good branded tablets after checking with Authorized Service Centers about any potential problem for a particular model.
I bought this tab in Jan-13 and it worked fine. Playing videos 1080p like breeze. Sound not loud as required for a Tablet, it is even slower than any good quality smartphone. Restarts very often during gaming. I observed it restarting even during normal operations. It worked fine for about 6 months, there after it developed fault in back camera. To add salt to the wounds it met an accident and its screen was broken. Here 3rd grade karbonn service was to welcome me. Am still struggling to get it repaired but its authorized service center unable to repair. Now thinking to donate it to some training school.
does it support vodafone 3g dongle or does it support micromax data card with vodafone 3g sim please rply fast
after six month sound gone. please suggest how can i repair the sound

Due to so many complains & low repairing facality croma stopped selling this product...i wasted my 10.000 RS.

Avoid using Karbonn products.Its a complete waste. I bought a karbonn tab 10 9 months back & i started facing problem in the mother board in the sixth month & was given to the service centre to fix it. since last 2.5 months they are just misleading me and the tab has not been handed over to me. Also to inform that karbonn & other cheap manufacturers have appointed some local repairing centres who fail to own up the responsibility.
I bought Cosmic from Mirchi mart & this is a Fantastic Tab, 10 inch large enough for reading, browsing & video clarity is great, Wi-Fi connectivitiy is super & browsing is good, Audio out is a little low, Touch is quite good, But some pieces which has older version of Boot image has some issue, it gets corrupt, so u just need to get flashed a new image. other wise best for the money paid, Its not a drawback that id do not have sim, i think its not mobile with 10inch, ita a tab & sim is not requried.
