Unable to download means? U should check ur Internet setting first, & storage given device in enough, nearly more than 12GB available to user. U can not blame device.

Only problem with the phone is that its CPU gets hot after playing games and cameras might not be 16 & 8 mp..its fast ,awesome..works great

I bought it from snapdeal.It's good one.but have heating problem.and also the picture size is showing 6mp?why?I thought it has 13 mp rear camera.Also it took some time in opening the menu.
