Does Karbonn has authorised service centers or do we need to give the phone for service to someone else? If they have service centers, does any of you know where in Bangalore? How is the after-sales service?

People are commenting that the Rear Camera is only 12 MegaPixels however the phone's specifications say 16 MegaPixels. Can you please tell me why is there a difference? What can be done to overcome this problem? How is the clarity of the pictures using Flash (mainly at dark)?

This Phone is Lighty heated up after processing some hard multitasking but these is not a problem for such an octacore devices...every phone gets heated up after doing hard multitasking or playing games....
overheating can be slow down by scaling down the frequency of the CPU to lower using cpu controlling applications like cpu master, set cpu!
this phone has 16 mp camera with very good quality but the stock camera app has no option to take photos above 12 mp. so download and install powercam app from play store its free... powercam shoots pictures with 16 mp high resolution with this device.
in the end...phone is very good...i'm very happy by getting it.

For full resolution image use powercam application it's support 16mp.and about internal memory this phone has 5.76 gb in internal storage + 7.70 gb phone storage so it has about 13 gb free.

by looks its a great phone u can get but the performance r the worse
using octane plus more than a month it have many bugs nd problems in it waste of money i will suggest go for micromax or xiamoi
