i bought karbonn octane plus 5 months ago,it suddenly gone off and cannot power on,i have tested battery is ok no power on my mobile,what can be the issues?please i need help my email netragharti@gmail.com

Dialer is not responding. Am in fix. No trace of service center in Jharkhand, India. Kindly help. It hangs very frequently. 8 months old octane plus.

Faadu mobile. I have using this mobile since 3 months. Awesome performance . superb camera. Great look. Only battery and heating issue but u can neglect this in this price range. Just go for it

If u buy this mobile, u actually are going to flush 10k in toilet.
after i bought this mobile and used for first 15 days, it dropped from my hand and the screen broke on first drop.
Thats not the end of the story.
i somehow got the display replaced for 4k and was warned by the shopkeeper that the display is too weak and be careful.
i tried my best to keep it safe. and few days later i kept it in my tight jeans pocket and was boarding an auto, and guess what i heard a sound "tukkkk"
That shopkeeper had told me people with this phone come to him for the same problem again and again.
So IF u had not nought this phone yet, STOP. Got better options in this range.

have been using this phone from july 14, camera is just fine not good not bad, same goes for display, speaker, call quality...the bad things about this phone are 1-memory hog bloatware, 2-worst battery, 3-cheap construction and 4-doesnt charge with usb cable of other oems, strictly karbonn..(which also sucks by the time u starts using it, as it gets loosen up. u have to carefully plug usb and make sure it will not get distracted by movement of phone, even a little vibration breaks connection)...first couple of of months were good but now its giving me a headache, want to get rid of this... but damn my parents wont give me new phone as it has not even completed a year...overall bad experience...bought this thing after using samsung for long time but now i may get back to some other brand if i have to get phone but not karbonn in lifetime for sure

he is not demoting ,...he is stating reality....i am one of the frustrated karbonn customer,.... it has been 61 days has over and doa letter is also approved for me but till date i am not getting new replacement for karbonn octane plus....now i am going to make consumer court ciomplaint

Its mobile my cash purchase in tuticorin poorvika 21.12.2015 also good but heating problem and battery low .charging in 2hr but charge limit for 1hr to batter low so bad

friends this phone is operation wise its very good . but karbon servise is bad bcz .. my octane plus display broken one month ago. I gave it to the service center still I not get. parts not available in the market

sachin, 06 May 2015i buy this mobile online for 10500 but phon is should be used very carfully normal fall lead t... moreDon't worry about display. I dropped my phone two times there is no any damage occur.
My friend also using octane plus he dropped his mobile 5 time in that 3time display hit on the floor by this scratch only occur on the screen guard he replaced the screen guard present in our mobile box.
Karbonn made octane plus display to resist wear and tear.

Is there a way we can move the memory to SD card. Cause I tried all ways and I am unable to move it to SD card or either store directly to SD card.
