Very nice phone I m using 2years this never freez and never need repair I full phone ram but this not freez very nice phone excellent I really like this cocoa phone art ghaint

Very bad service in service centres. They take minimum 2.5 - 3 months in repairing a mobile. As Karbonn and Panasonic service centres are all at same place, it would be a mistake in buying these 2 company mobiles. No doubt mobiles are ok, but service is worst. I have this Karbonn mobile, once it got stuck on the logo, they changed the motherboard in warranty and returned mobile after 2.5 months even after many followups and calls. After few months it again started getting heated up and then it used to freeze and restart which is very much annoying. I gave it in service centre again under warranty but, they just kept it with them, used the handset for more than 3 months, after many calls and followups they returned the mobile by only doing factory reset. When i installed apps, it again started getting heated, freeze and restart. But then the warranty was over. I went back to service centre the very next day, they said they will accept the handset 'out of warranty' and it will cost me 75% of the handset cost. Now I am helpless. Please don't buy these 2 company mobiles otherwise you will have to beg & cry in service centres. Instead buy some other company's mobile.

Piece of junk don't buy even when u root it it is still useless go for another phone but this ...go for Nokia(Thor's hammer)..

its been 2years I'm using this mobile rough and tough.
till no issues with hardware or software related.
I'm very must disspointed with Front and rear camera. I feel, I'm using 3mp front and 2 mp rear.

very nice phone. coolshow option is superb. getting better with times. yesterday i accident ly broke its sim tray and it doesn't work even after repairing. service center facility i must say is worst. this phone i think is hard to repair. so change the phone instead of getting repaird if it is not in warrenty period.

I got a software damage last week.. I download it , install it ... turn the phone on.... but it shows a problem.... my phone's touch is not working after screen lock.. when I reboot my phone it runs smoothly again until the screen turns out.. when I press ta power button to turn the screen back on.. I can't swipe the screen..

been using Karbonn Titanium S5 Plus for the past 16 months and i d say its one of the good ones. but i got disappointed today when all of a sudden it just shut down and won't switch back on.

sathy, 19 Jan 2016I am using Karboon ultra s 5 model....my phone having some plm the plm is automatic off and so... morelast 18 month i am using Karbonn titanium S 5 plus mobile, since 4 to 6 month back after calling any number if the receiver is not recived my call then mobile is automatically off. I received call from somebody after talking phone is automatically off. Is their any problem with set? kindly advised.
