this is my first android smartphone it's work's good even after 1 year not a single lag or any hang it's works amazing wont's karbonn to make phones in comfortable price and better features most gaming facility and with it's own operating system if possible

In My opinion this is the worst phone karbion ever made.
To some extent its good like
1) Camera quality is average fir day to day pics
2) very expensive look of the phone.
3) supports almost all games.( lagging is more)
but there is more disadvantages like
1) No android updates stuck at 4.2
2) operating system is fast it lags when menu is opened
3)unable to play dailyv

My bluetooth isn't working..it's receving files but unable to send..moreover very often it fails to open and also the wifi hotspot..and when I lock my phone screen..it gives notification of opening..without my opening it..also the sound is sometime so low that you can barely hear the songs without earphones..even when the volume is full..plz tell me hw to resolve the issue..

Sim Card slot 2 is not getting recognizg.....its shows like slot2: no sim card detected pls check if sim card ready ....so wt should i do nw ? customer servicg centre is also worst because i given to dem dey did oly mobile flash .....!!!!!
