yeah..also the same happened with me, unable to get accessories even on authorized service counters like earphones, charger etc. The phone antenna is not that strong. Even with full range, callers are not able to connect. Unhappy :-(

Internl memory shown in specifications is 4GB but actually its not 4GB .it is 1GB only How can memory be extended to 32 GB.?

My Handset touch stopped working on the 11th month of purchase, luckily service centre guys replaced it free of cost. but very delayed service of 20 days.
im talking about Lava service center in Karnataka.
Overall nice phone, been using for 11 months

Saalam, 14 Aug 2014How good is Lava's after sales service?Once i need to visit Lava Service Center and i found excellent service by lava. My issue was display so i was told to wait for 15 days after 15 days i got my handset but i found that handset is heating up a lot when i deny to accept the handset again they give me 7 days time after 7 days the gave me a latter for replacement and i got replacement same day. Now i am using Lava mobile more than 14 months and i am completely satisfied and there is no complaint in my handset. NOTE: I am talking about Delhi Service Center other cities service center's experience may be different or may be same. I am completely satisfy with Lava Service. What about micromax service center is totally worst they are not ready to rectify problem micromax just want to sale their product but can not give service very bad experiences with micromax service center even in Delhi.

Guys! If you are looking for a low priced big screen phone then you definitely need to give the 550Q a thought. The phone has tons of really neat and awesome features that make it one of the best large screen devices in its range. The screen is quite cool with thanks to the HD screen and watching movies is really fun. The large battery is good enough to last 2 to 3 movies easily.

bought the phone 5 days ago, but still finding new issues daily.
somehow Cell broadcasting service starts automatically, and i receive 3-4 messages every minute, its quite a nuisance.
and there are few apps which are behaving strangely like virus and i am not able to uninstall them, like playapp.
