i bought lava iris 1 windows phone two years ago. impressed with its performance i bought lava iris atom 3(android) phone and gifted it to my wife. ever since i bought this, i cursed myself having bought it as the battery drains very fast. i tried to locate its service centre over google, and went to two/three outlets, and i find they do not exist. i had reported this to the company. they gave a toll free number, which do not respond at all. the recorded message is heard saying this number does not exist.

I have an issue with Lava Atom 3
Camera is not opening I keep getting the message that Camera not available. Please close related apps like Torch light etc. I have even reset my mobile. No idea what to do. Any help please!!!!

Lava phones are doing pretty good there shouldn't be much problem, but in case if you are facing it then try restarting the phone once. If it doesn't work out then you can visit the Lava service center nearby (which won't be too difficult to find, as there are plenty) and show them your phone. Your issue will be sorted out quickly.

After giving full charge 100% start using my new ... moreMy friend, may be you have got the defective piece as I am also using this phone and its battery is quite good. Once I charge it 100 %, I do not require charging it again at least for 8 hours of medium usage. May be you are using those apps which consume high battery. And if you have problem in connecting to Wi-Fi, then there can be some fault in the setting of your phone. So better you directly talk to the customer care and tell them your problem but since you have already done that then your next step would be to claim the exchange of your mobile from the shop you bought.
