For me also its 50 days since phone is with Le eco banglore office for repair
1. No timelines given
2. No reason for delay
3. No commitment
4. No refund
5. No replacement
6. No spare phone for almost 2 months
I have filed case against service center and company in consumer forum @ pune office
I would advise you to do same and lets fight this battle legally
There is not much expense and it will be recovered from company by court
Go ahead and file case you can claim compensation for harassment
Excellent phone, I've had it for over 2 weeks now and i couldn't be happier, the NO SD SLOT can be annoying but you get over it like an adult.

The Leoco phone is not give to memory slote so is very big mistake so if leoco give a memory slote..
To all those that are complaining. Being cheap and getting the phone on flashsale you are getting the models that first made it off the assembly line with no updates whatsover. You are going to have issues.
I have a Doogee and a Gionee that have LTE bands for the Americas and have not one problem with any of them at all. Search for system updates and upload them right away if offered. I look forward to getting this phone once my Gionee E8 Life(aka BLU Pure XL) stops working. You save alot over Samsung, LG, Huawei and HTC.
I've had the phone (4GB versionl) for about two weeks. There must have been a couple of good improvements on the software since the release, beaches this is the most stable device I've had, everything is fast and simple, the camera works like a charm, no need for adjusting, just great photos in a sec. However this is a Chinese version with some Chinese bloatware with I'm removing when Leeco stop updating it. Remember that these Chinese firms got staff sitting and trash talk other firms devices all day. But if you want to play it safe buy a phone in the local shop.
I purchased LeMax 2 on 28 June,2016 through Flipkart during its flash sale. Due to manufacturing defect its finger printer was not working.So I was advised to submit in Service centre named HCL Touch in Ahmedabad Gujarat & i did same on 15 July 2016. The same was forwarded by them for repair/ replacement to the company vide job service JS 16071600056.More than one month 18 days have passed the same in not returned to me yet when I write this in spite of repeated reminders on their India support phone 1800 3010 1838 & through email: email@example.com. Being fed with all this on 31 Aug.2016 I had sent my complaint giving all necessary details & document to Their H.O. at Gurgaon through 'Speedpost' with a copy to Mr. Atul Jain, COO LeEco India. Reply/acknowledgement yet to receive. Even when I talked today with supervisor she mentioned that job is with related engineer & shall call me back just within an hour. Four hours are over & no call back yet. I believe all of them are employed to give false promises & assurances to the customers!
Moreover customer is never told the ground realities as for what reason the related engineer is sitting on such small job? Question arises:
1. Is engineer is incompetent to handle the jobs? If so why company does not show him the door?
2. Has company not provided with spares/replacements to handle incidents of unfortunate customers who got delivered a unit with some manufacturing defect before launching any new product?
3. Has engineer informed controlling authority for unpardonable delay for contingency action like replacement with new unit?
4. If informed why controllers have failed to take remedial measure?
So friends purchase any new product of LeEco company only if you too are willing to go through the ordeal I am going through!
I have purchased Le max 2 on 28 th june 2016 flash sale. Just after crossing 21 days on 25.07.16 it was not able boot under schedule switch on at 6.00 A.M. Le Eco local repair agent has sent it to their main service centre. Within a week I got a call the phone is ready and collect it. But it has not come back after repair and customer care told that you would get it within clear 15 days (exc. saturday, sunday and holiday). Till now they have not returned it. Customer care is giving same reply whenever is contacted. No other phone number of this company is available for taking up this matter.Pathetic customer service and without having proper infrastructure they are operating. Beware before purchase any product of this company. Phone is not like worthy of Rs. 23000 as display is muted and worst fingerprint scanner.

This is very pathetic phone. Customer service really sucks!!
For me I used it for 10 days only and since a month this phone is at service center
You wont get any timelines or spare phone to use in between
Issue was finger print stopped working
God knows when phone will be repaired. Such a pathetic company I never seen
