I can't Root it.me too.. i think the problem is the chipset that currently used.. spreadtrum chipset rarely used rather than mtk.. i think u should manually root your phone..try getting tutorial on YouTube.. im not done yet because it's really complicated.. as soon you might done, please share your tips and trick here..

The same problem is when i receiving incoming call 3-4 seconds delay.
I tried with factory reset, but the system is with the last upgrade.
A hard reset is probably needed or new system upgrade.

I would like to answer your questions about phone
1-When you change 3g to the second sim, you don`t need to restart your phone.The phone takes nearly 1 minute to do the job.
2-Talking about the left button,when you short press it, it shows recent apps.But when you long press it,it shows screen settings like (edit,screen manager,wallpapers,theme,phone settings).

I am facing some minor issues. In sim management menu I am setting mobile data and 3g slot setting to 2nd sim. But when I am restarting my phone both settings are changing to the 1st sim slot. Is it lollipop os problem or phone peoblem ?
