Maybe this device not compatible with the other jack cable
Try to use a original jack from lenovo .

and warranty complete so waste of manoey.

I bought lenovo a1000 16/01/2017. Today is 02/02/2017.My experience is fantastic with this phone.earlier I used micromax a67 smartphone but lenovo a1000 is better than in all fields.It has good camera,good battery back up..
