I've had been using A6010 as a business phone for half a year, and I feel absolutely disappointed. Even the simplest tasks such as texting and answering the call seem impossible, as the phone is bellow the slow point. After half a year of 'usage', the battery life dropped drastically. The same goes for using the aplications (no more than gmail, facebook, messenger, telegram and whatsup), as the phone does not seem to be able to process the tasks without blocking completely. Even posting instagram story is impossible at all turns. The good side of the phone, however, is the rear camera photos, which are high quality, compared to the phone specifications. But, the screen saturates the colours far beyond realistic. When it comes to the front camera, the colours are far from natural. For instance, the brown hair turns purple, and the pink lipstick turns loud orange, sometimes. Add to it the frustration when the boss is calling you, and the phone is ringing while the screen is completely black and not reacting. Note that the company has had bought more than thousand phones, and I am not the only one complaining for the abovementioned. Anyway, all the phones are returned to the suplier. Zero, as the phone is practically unusable.

My Lenovo A6010 battery has started showing abnormal behavious of late. Often while charging, instead of increasing the battery percentage, it steadily decreases. Even if it gets charged, charging time is too long. Some time, even after charging for the whole night, it doesn't get charged. Would it be the problem of battery or the phone itself?

The first months it worked really good! But then it was a disaster, it didnt conect to WiFi at all, the battery wasnt great anymore and they charger got loose. DONT BUY IT

Naver buy it, this is just waste of money as very very poor bettery time and touch. Even QMOBILE has better performance.

Customer services was not properly ....
But my phone is looking good except above mentioned case... hanging problem also sometimes happened ....
