my lenovo a3500 hang up & can nit boot in normal mood . when i turn on only lenovo mark display and stop to disharg battry. reset can not solve this problem . pleas hint for me

there is a small hole under the flap which covers the sd card.
take a paper clip and poke and hold this hole. I'm never sure of the order but it seems sometime I hold the power down or not. experiment.
