i always chek for system upgrade its still show "your system is the last version" maked me bored to do that every day.
whats wrong with my tab (imei 1-863363025064765)??

Since you have the HV model your update is probably on its way or just needs some additional tweaking. Don't worry, you will all get it. No need to rush. You will have to wait even longer if you bought your device from a carrier since they like to tweak the software even more and add their own apps and sometimes restrictions. And yes, the update is region based. It depends which region your device is supposed to be. Mine is for Bulgaria/Romania.

so does it means that its depend on the region to have this availability of an system upgrade.
