after upgrading to kitkat(official) i've lost root permission, i've tried to root it again with Root Genius but this time doesn't work.anyone can help?

1 - the sound and picture doesn't work together on YouTube .
2- it has 2 speaker but just one work with videos and sound traces .
3 - the degree is going to be hot.
4 - when you make a call the speakerphone has very low sound during calls
