I wonder..why when im clicking at android version theres no picture out..for example at the others phone when im click at the version for many times it will out pic of jelly bean.. can you answer

I bought lenovo a880 3 weeks ago.. and the only problem but the biggest one that I'm facing now is my Wechat couldn't function.. I installed it and able to received msg but I can't even open the conversation.. I can't read the msg received ==
I have tried uninstalled and reinstalled many many times but still can't.. May I know what can I do to recover this problem? Thanks =)
