I could never get the MMS to work over the AT&T network in the USA. I'm pretty sure it's the phone, not me! This phone says it uses USA frequencies (850, 1900), but I tell you, I could NOT get this phone to send/receive MMS. I've had this phone for months and I miss a lot of picture messages from family. I understand that to use MMS on any phone, you must turn on Data (MMS doesn't use data, and should work even with no data plan. as long as Data is on). I've tried adjusting APN settings and setting them to the exact settings my wife has (and her MMS works fine on her ZTE, no data plan either!).

There is no such issues in K3 note. The company is bound by warranty. If your defects are genuine it must be addressed. Talk to proper authority and if they don`t listen you can file a complaint to consumer forum.
Normally its a case of less qualified service representatives. Write to proper authorities about the issues you are facing
AnonD-430830, 01 Dec 2015We were comparing Asus Z630 and not the "S" Version. Still I will say K3 note is far better on... moreU said - Lenevo K3 is far better. How? I have recently purchased this phone and faced hell of the problems. I put all the trauma to Lenevo Tech pepple. In the beginning they agreed with all those horrific problems I faced; specifically the frequently hanging up, goes to turtle speed, terrible touch up held up screen, TV incompatibles, no off line save menu and so many other built in defects. They all agreed with my pointing out these hurdles. AND now they have stopped answering my complaints at all still after repeated reminders. THIS is the way LENEVO is behaving. They are bound to give one year free warranty but here also they refused on flimsy grounds. THIS is LENEVO. - R K AGARWAL

And Techfreak is here from ages and has done really good job to others. Rooting is dangerous and that's what he has said. blindly advising someone to root does n`t make any sense.
