Help me guys I just bought that phone and it's so good but their something weird. Most apps works fine on wifi but when I try to update the device to next software update it says no internet . Do not know what to do

I have just noticed this weird issue. My signal is full strength but incoming calls are not showing up when someone is calling. Outgoing calls are going but after some delay.
This issue was not there for last 15-20 days. I did a factory reset today but it solved it for a few hours and now its back to not displaying the incoming call. Any fixes for this so far? Should I take it to the service centre or just replace the handset.
Which vr headset should I buy? I bought a k5 note. Is that ant vr headset good or any other ?

Both sim card can be inserted in mobile with memory cardIf you are using both nano SIM slot then you can not use memory card.
You want to insert memory card then you have to remove the second SIM.
SD card slot design in second nano SIM slot.

I visited the authorized service center Gayatri Incorporation, Yashwant Plaza, Indore, Service Center engineer told me your Lenovo K5 Note mobile USB hardware not work. We have changed it, but in my cervice center part is not available, Please wait 1 week after 1 week they also told me part not availble.
Lenovo being such an esteemed company, we expect high quality products from Lenovo and good customer after sale support. Since this is totally a manufacturing fault, request you to kindly replace my hand set. Lenovo customer care not support my query.
Afterthat they have no respond. My request you to please don't buy any items of LENEVO.
