C. R. O. S. S., 19 Apr 2017I had the same issue... (most of the flgship does not have either) btw 14nm fimfit, super amoled and 5100 mah makes it truely beast in battery. so no phone can beat p2 in battery department unless p3 comes

These three SoCs have major over-heating issues due to lack of FinFET technology...the big.LITTLE architecture failed miserably in these three SoCs....
The Snap 625 is Qualcomm's "special-treatment" SoC that has 14nm FinFET tech... turns out it is one of the EIGHT wonders of the world making other chipset manufacturers scratching their head how did Qualcomm managed to produce such a high quality and reliable SoC of all times...
Snap 430 is also one the best SoC... others are plague with "light" over-heating issues... Snap 835 is still debatable but by looking at the success of Snap 625, Snap 835 should be another winner...

Lenovo even refuses to release supp... moreThose issues are mostly due to user problem rather than P2...and it affecting certain batches rather than the whole production line...And the UK/Three variants has the most bugs compared to Rest Of the World (ROW) units becoz UK/Three variants using different firmware, drivers, modem, etc....
My ROW unit is in tip-top conditions be it hardware or software... only the NOISE CANCELLING MIC issue was plaguing on all batches since Day 1, hence, LeMoto took the effort to listen and resolve the issue accordingly...
Any of you worrying to own P2, just ensure to purchase it with 7-day refund/return policy from your reseller(s).... do NOT buy P2 if the resellers don't offer 7-day refund/return policy....
This phone is full of bugs and Lenovo refuses to fix them. Lenovo even refuses to release support for Galileo GPS. Apparently they prefer to sell new device instead of updating the software of this one.
Just compare this phone with Huawei P10 and you will find P2 to be nothing more than pure unpleasantness. To be honest, the idea behind a cheap phone, packed with good hardware is good but the execution turned out be very poor, a middling device at best! You're likely to loose hours trying to get support for this phone from Lenovo. Just imagine that the components of this phone doesn't even have proper EMI isolation - see their official forums. No EMI isolation, really? Come on! Who does that nowadays? My 15 years old Nokia never had EMI issues! I could go on and on but I will stop here!
As I wrote earlier, read the forums and if you're not concerned by the staggering number of unresolved and unsupported issues, then go ahead and join the club of disappointed owners!
Just give me one good reason that this phone is worth the money?

The display on my Galaxy S7 edge broke and the repair cost of it is relatively the same as the cost of my P2 device. I regret owning the S7 edge, but fortunately the P2 proved to be slightly better.
In my opinion this is the best smartphone for business. :)
Amrish7799, 19 Apr 2017good to hear that lenovo p2 competes with a flagship samsung galaxy s7!!!!!!!!!I m in love with SD 625 chipset, it is just perfect octa core chipset which SD ever created. No heatups, no battery draining, no throttling, no performance issues, no lag..just perfect processor of this planet at this point of time

If we follow the rules, P2 with 5,100 mAh energy will last for 3 years (my hypothesis...)...
By the third year, the battery will be at 3,000 mAh....
wyatt, 18 Apr 2017i need to know whether SIM 2 slot uses 3G and 4G network?SIM 2 supports 3G, 4G, 4G+ and VoLTE... The same goes for SIM 1...Hence,
Combo 1 :
SIM 1 = 4G+; SIM 2 = 3G
Combo 2 :
SIM 1 = 3G; SIM 2 = 4G+
I had Samsung S7 Edge but front glass broke and here I am now with Lenovo P2 - cheaper than repair glass of S7 !!!! and much better phone !! Screen perfect , call recording as preset option , better more simple software and battery is 300% better than S7. Not from the same planet . Goodbye Samsung forever , if price is same I would rather bay P2 then S7 edge
