e-mail the website you ordered the product , secondly ask how to exchange the product , if none works go to lenovo service centre , if you brought it from a good website like amazon.in then they have an return policy where they will take the product and exchange with a better one..but get everything in mail

I ordered Lenovo Phab 2 Plus.. Yesterday I received the parcel. I turned on the phone, but there is only battery percentage and other part of display is black. I don´t know what to do I can´t see no options, nothing just black display.
Please what should I do with it?

It's been just 1month I bought Lenovo Phab plus.. it was Google totally with the specifications, ram speed and software responsiveness... But now am facing lots of issues... Am not able to update my phone.. when trying to update it says some error and file is missing and update gets cancelled... Kindly help how to update it
