Lenovo has launched a new mid-range Android smartphone — the Lenovo S5 — in China. It will be available in three variants and will compete against the recently launched Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 in China.
Lenovo S5
The S5 has a 5.7-inch, 2160x1080 resolution 18:9 display. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 with 3GB of RAM and 32GB storage or 4GB RAM with 64GB or 128GB of storage. On the back is a dual 13MP (RGB) + 13MP (monochrome) camera and a fingerprint sensor. On the front is a 16MP camera. The S5 has a 3000mAh battery and runs on Android 8.0 Oreo with ZUI 3.7.
The Lenovo S5 is priced at RMB 999 ($157) for the 3/32GB model, RMB 1199 ($189) for the 4/64GB model and RMB 1499 ($236) for the 4/128GB model. Currently only available in China.
At least base on my own expirience as samsung user, lenovo endurance quality is on par with galaxy note (experience another story because the price tag, note class has complete sensors). Xiaomi and friends endurance cant match the class
