Hello everyone .. I am facing a problem with battery not charging. I charged it for around 3 hours and it is showing only 19%. Could anyone please help me how to resolve this problem. Thanks in advance.

I own the cellphone for 3 days and it is great value for money.
Very fast with great specs.
With the lollipop update is even better!
One thing you must know is that the second sim is only 2G and you can not use it for mobile internet. Mobile internet you can have only from the sim1 (4G).

I'm very satisfied with the phone. It's great, but I only have one question. Sometimes my whatsapp messages are delayed when I'm connected to a wifi(which has full bars), so instead of receiving messages when they are sent, I get them for example an hour later... I can't figure out what's the problem. Can someone help me?
