I don't understand why a lot complain about this phone. In only two weeks, I never had issues using this bad boy. While it's not compatible with KitKat, having to use JellyBean is enough for me.

Why everytime I try to use Whatsapp, Play Store & Facebook, i says "Unfortunately Whatsapp,Play Store or Facebook has stopped working!"

my lenovo s650 is week in signal connection.although in coverage area but is always show NO SERVICE, EMERGENCY CALL ONLY. but when i change simcard to other phone there is signal.

to those who have batt issue with this otherwise excelent low-cost smartphone. Use a fast charger...I used my LG prolite charger and it did wonders to the s650.the charge time with the LG charger is now just 2hrs for 80-100% charge. it also greatly improved usage time. My s650 lasted a day even if I watched a full 2-hr movie,plus internet and video wallpaper. re connection issue, i downloaded the viaero toggle and set wcdma preferred to improve 3g. also download signal booster to improve network signal. as far as wifi is concerned, no issues.

this model has an isssue with its Wi Fi connection.....it got disconnected automatically if we use continuously......

Same here ; bought the same handset on the 2nd of July and facing the same issue ;I did go back to Jumbo Electronics but didnt get any help from them .they outrightly denied that the handset any such issue .I have just sent a mail to consumerrights@dubaided.gov.ae and will also give them a call tomorrow.I suggest you too to send similar mail to them so that such issues are not faced by any consumer in future

Sam, 02 Jul 2014Same here ...Doest verify whats app and doesnt download BBM :(I downloaded bbm but it says "unfortunately bbm has stopped". Tries to install it again and again but the same problem. I also go to the service center to get the phone checked but they only reformatted it. Take note my phone is brand new
