I've been using this phone for almost 2 years already and I just love it. Though it's front camera quite disappointing, the rest are all good. Really recommend you guys to buy this

Phone was awesome in the initial stages, but slowly issues cropped up. Phone hung often, key strokes and display took some seconds to sync, after 18 months of usage the battery is showing signs of its age and taking ages to charge even 50% and few other issues on / off. Overall, phone is ok 5/10, but these common issues should be resolved for Lenovo to have 8/10...

please download its upgraded firmware through net. install software in PC. connect ur cell phone & install downloaded firmware to ur mob.
before this you should try to hardreset first.
Hope this will solve ur problem.

using s650 since november 2014 until now. really fascinated gadget on its own class. a lot of experience and memories have been built within this period. From what i have go through with all this year, don't ever looking something that lower from s650 specifications detail. Just a honest opinion guys..

i was purches lenovo s650 on december 2014, now a day within 11 month my mobile not properly worked. and i will go to customer care in 6 times within 11 months so i say to those people, who thinking for purches lenovo phone say do not purches this brand phone its not proper working and many kind of problem happen like touch automatically stoped, softwere not supporting, phone pick up heat, losses the network, and othe more than 1000 problems so i gave negative rank of this lenovo brand phone and also very very bad service provied

I've been using this baby for about 19 months now. Sometimes d keypads lag. I kept my apps moderate so it won't hang. My only complaint is 'bout small resolution for front camera. I frequently drooped her on d ground but she is still excellent. 😘😘

I have had this phone for more than 12 months and it has never let me down.I have had issues with fast battery draining but that's with all smartphones. I upgraded to KitKat and interface looks better though I have had to bear with the power button being unresponsive and contact manager frequently hanging. Perhaps every user has their own experience but generally I haven't had a major concern to warrant much criticism
