I purchased lenovo s660 which was having jellybean. Later I updated to kitkat. My mobile dint support otg. I went to service centre.they said me to keep the phone for 10 days for changing the motherboard as the KitKat version cannot be reversed to jellybean. Why this nonsense update of KitKat then....?

mohit, 17 Dec 2014Has anyone updated the new row_ s062 ?? And if yes then tell me whats the difference u experienced I updated to s062 before one week..... After that I feel my phone working better fast and there is no problem.

I got this phone as a gift from my aunt. It is very nice. Camera is superb, battery is great but it says 32 h back up but it only back ups for 25-26 h. But otherwise it is great. But if the screen is more wider, i would be fully satisfied.

for those who are experiencing OTA update failed.....the only solution is to hard reset your phone then update again...cheers

I think the update fixed the issues with the signal.. I dont get failed msgs anymore and i think the battery is a bit better..

Sadaqat, 17 Dec 2014i am facing " can't start camera" problem.
Any solution ?Try opening the camera after restarting... If the problem persists, try claering the cache of gallery app by going to settings->apps->all apps->gallery->clear cache.
I hope this works.

tiborsyok, 18 Dec 2014Anyone having signal issues with/without the kitkat update?Im using kitkat for over a month now.. My phone is working fine.. So far no connectivity issues or any other issues that every one told they have. I updated my phone to the latest firmware (63mb update) it fixed some of the software bugs.. I normally dont use lenovo's security app because with that app enabled, all the social media messages appear late on my phone. So I disabled it. So far no problems. Im getting about 1 day of backup with heavy usage, 1.5- 2 days with normal usage. Im pretty happy with this phone.. I recommend everyone to update their phone regularly for the phone to perform stable and for better back up.. 😉

I updated the firmware with the 63mb update.. I hope the signal issues would be fixed..

I updated.. now ROW_S062_141126....nothing change..levono security app become old version...so far no issue...battery become more good...statable... no issue....plz REPALY ME IF GOT ANY ISSUE AFTER UPDATE...thank :)
