i have buy this model of lenovo on may'14 and with in 4 months the motherboard of this devise is fail.
and its not repairable so lenovo has confirmed me that they give me my money back.
but the procedure for refund is so poor... taking so much time to refund the money...

Too poor after sale service poorest as i have seen in my life from any company i have purchased this set s660 just two month back and from about 15 days the flash of the mobile is not working and when i approach to the service station at bhopal asked to come after 15 and no written communication is provided to me in this regard neither any mail or sms is provided to me as proof for me to approach the service station. and called this as the lenova company POLICY by the company representative .MY JOB NO IS SRINOO61409020003 DATED 2ND 09 2014 BY THIS FEED BACK I REQUEST THE COMPANY TO TAKE ACTION AND REPLY TO ME IMMEDIATELY.
