my phone suddenly turn off but i did not do anything. I tried to power it off but the sounds effects only play. When i turn it on it does not open but the backlight is light but the screen is black. pls pls help me coz its been a while when we purchase it.

This is a very good phone. I agree that this phone has a really good camera but it does not have a really good battery. The battery backup is around 7-8 hours on normal usage. If I play asphalt 8, the battery backup is around 3-4 hours. The device's battery is inseparable so if a dust layer or something forms on the camera, you cannot get that thing repaired. It's a single piece. Apart from that everything is good. The battery backup really annoys me.
