good battery life. overall, the user experience is good. i have no complaints. but if there's one thing i'm not happy about, it is that firmware won't update. i've had it for almost a year now and i'm still on android 4.2.2. i'm able to download the firmware update but when the phone tries to apply the update it always fails with the error "signature verification failed". it's frustrating because some apps only run on 4.3 or higher.

Hi! Got my phone last May 2014 and until now I am using and loving it. It does a lot for me, from FB, emails, e-books, etc. I have no problem w/ pc connection. Just the charging port after a year of usage. I bought 2 extra batteries coz I thought the battery was defective, but then again, faulty charging persisted. The SOLUTION: I bought an external battery charger and that's it! I now have 3 batteries fully loaded always. Love it!

Very, very unhappy with this model S930.
First disposable pad S930 aware that the first week was very sluggish in terms of Notification. You have to enter the apps to see any notification.
After it starts , one by one problem Reviewed by s930!!
So it's always Charging Port broken even already replaced.
Until one day, I throw directly into a wall and broke.
China phone is suck !!

I use this phone about half month, or maybe a year. I really love this phone, but in this few week my phone keep drain my battery even after i change my battery it goes same thing. It tak e8hours to charge my phone and my battery drain to 50% in just only 10 minutes. How could i do ? 😭😭😭

Bought the S930 at the PC show about 12mth ago.Having this problem:
1)When touch the contact /phone icon, it takes about 2 minutes only the screen will shows up.
2) Each time when there is a unconnected call, it takes more than 2 minutes for the screen to appear before i can call again.
Lastly i got to know that the device is actually not the export version which is why occasionally Mandarin characters appear during receiving unknown call and sometimes know call.
Question is can i convert this device to the export version.
