Even some apps may also cause your phone to misbehave because the app developers are still adjusting to MM. So, I would suggest to do a hard factory reset and install apps one by one and see if your problems persists.

Hi, I bought k4 note yesterday. I am facing problem in adjusting the equalizer settings in Dolby atmos. If I change the setting it comes back to original position. Even after updating to marshmallow it is behaving same way. Anybody facing same problem. Any solution for this?

I have purchase it before 4 month. Phone is ok except rear camera quality and Video paying quality. In the night time rear camera picture quality is worst. There is no dual tone flash found .
If anybody having solution to these problems, please advise.

After MM update , hard factory reset from recovery mode, I hoped everything should work fine. BUT NO. When you put the phone screen facing down, and if a notification arrives, and you are picking the phone after 5-10 mins, then upon waking using fingerprint sensor, it asks for PIN input. It happens everytime a notification arrives or you keep the phone for a longer time idle. It basically screws up the point of having a fingerprint sensor on a phone . Can anyone help me. FYI, I have done factory reset from back and reset , then factory reset from recovery mode, then clear data from lenovo recovery mode etc. Only added 2 fingerprints. So , other than reset, does anyone have found a solution or, in the first place, has anyone experienced the same issue that I am facing ?

AnonD-128532, 10 Jun 2016how to factory reset the device..it has chinese menu in it...i have done Andriod M update now ... moredont got to chinese menu. go to lenovo recovery and clear the user data and then delete the user data. the phone will work just fine after that. Here is the process >> power off >> press power button and volume up and down intermittently >> you will be on the lenovo recovery mode which have 4 options, if you missed the button pressing and got the chinese menu or any other message , then long press the power button and repeat the process till you get the lenovo recovery menu >> then clear user data and delete the user data, it will hard reset the device.
