Either you got defective battery from start, which you should have claimed for warranty replacement early on, or you got too many background apps running, consuming too much energy and producing too much heat. Keep trying to find the solution.

best phone i everhad before somay redmi 2, good for game and good for everyday sosmed. not even drain battery and never go for MM update just simply basic from factory and its really good. almost 1 year using it and its good

First 6 months it was working good ...good camera good touch screen.one day suddenly it stopped working n donot open ..I gave it to service centre nearby..after few days it strted shutdown and open by itself till I connected charger ...very very disappointing lenovo ..😞😞

Very worst phone.. First problem is heat.. I used this phone 8 months I saw many problems in my k4 note.. And spend 3000 rupees.. Lenovo care is very poor..don't buy this phone

I Purchased lenovo k4 note in Jan2017,Exactly after using for 5 months,I faced problem while charging the display was showing lenovo android on and automatically it use to get off.Even the buttons were giving a pulse beat.Volume and power button.When i apporached Servicer Centre of Lenovo in Mumbai through my dealer.They Said intially that it software issue and it will be done as i was in warranty.Then later on they are saying that water logged in and it is no more in warranty and the cost to repair mother board is around 7000 Rs.Kindly answer what could have been problem.There was no chance of water, going in ,Well the Service centre guy said through Sweat also the water logs inside which is really sounding surprising to me.Well in that case they could have opened and done good servicing too .I would request you to see and answer same
