k, 09 Feb 2017Friends,please be very careful with the sim tray especially insert it correctly, in case it ge... moreIt's clearly mentioned in all phones that if the phone is in non-functional state by users fault they will definitely charge you however in metro cities they do consider and repair free of cost as it happened in my case
My charging slot faultered due to incorrect usage of unauthorized chargers and they repaired it along with changing motherboard without charging a single penny.
Phones are delicate but it's a perfect balance between value for money and performance

Service is good too.. I m experienced in all such things

Practically it doesn't make any difference till u r in 4G era,u require nougat once Indian network will switch on to 5G

Secondly uninstall any bloatwares and memory cleaners if problem still persist than u need to go to service center
