Bhaskar, 12 Feb 2016It has been solved after system updating, I am a user of this and was frustrated and irritated... moreTo stop broadcasting message first you go to message and then open message setting and then cell broadcasting option is available in it open it and then stop these message by selecting the sim and stop broadcasting rather then phone restore
