Hi, please give me a solution, I cant disconnect a call at the end of conversation, the touch is not responding and i had to restart the mobile to disconnect a call. Is this an issue in the phone or i am using it wrong, please advice

283 mb update cool...
But last 40 mb update -- (1) rear and front camera got some hazy pictures all time , (2) ph getting heat more thats why battery draining faster...
Plz give another update with fixing this issues....
