After updating volte in k4 note . unable to make video calls using jio sim .video call option not displayed in it.someone tell me how resolve the problem .,,,,,,,,,thanks

Hi. I recently updated my phone to volte which was given recently. But as I hav a jio sim. It's speed has drastically reduced it's coming in 10kbps and below. Plz help me out. Should I downgraded (how to). Or should I change some settings

After updating to volte on 13.12.16, facing net connectivity problems, 4G Jio was net was connecting very fast earlier but from y'day it is not connecting, I need to restart the mobile than it is connecting in 10-15 mins, Excel Sheets are opening slowly, overall the mobile has become slow, slow
Kindly fix the problem and the earliest and resolve with the best update

Yesterday got OS update and now K4 supports VOLTE calls without any app. it is now fully VOLTE phone.

Some softwares ( net calling apps) are not working in lenovo k4 note android 6 to above.
I installed this in my new k4 notr it has issues,the other person in the call cant hear me, but i can hear them. I also checked app permission and kc has accesto my mic. Expect kc all other apps works as usual in my phone give as a solution.

After updating the volte software in my phone... My phone's battery is getting charged very slowly... before it used to get charged 100%in two hours n now it is taking more than 5hours... Can anyone help me out please

When I am changing data connection from 1 sim to another and going back to my 1 sim ie.. jio then volt icon disappears though it is on .....what is the problem ???

sonu, 13 Dec 2016from where i update to 41 mb voltee updateIn "SETTINGS" find out "ABOUT PHONE". There "SYSTEM UPDATE" to be selected and opened. There the 41-MB upgrade will be displayed [if not already upgraded to it].
In a 4G network, the upgrade takes less than five or six minutes to complete. In wifi or other than 4G network, it can get much slower. This is because the apps also get optimised by the upgrade version and if the number of apps is more than 100, optimisation can consume more data and more time.

Hi Guys! could you please help me to improve camera clarity? its becoming poor. Earlier it was quite satisfactory. Both front and back camera pics are getting blurred. Hope to get helpful response. Thanks in Advance guys.
