Shameless arrogant and rude LENOVO never provide timely software updates.. Our Lenovo vibe P1 didn't get any software updates for more than​ 9 months.. We will never buy any Lenovo mobile phone or tablet ever after in our lives..
Im using the phone more than 1 year its really good...i just want to ask you does you back and multi tasks bottoms still lighting when you touch it our no...because mine stop

My linovo P140 has gone black screen. I tried getting a movie from a friend's laptop and after connecting the USB cable to the laptop and the phone, it freezed and up to now,whenecrr I struggle to put it on, the screen lights up but nothing shows on it. I hear the sound of the boot up but nothing shows on the screen afterwards.
I bought the phone through online (e-bay) on 01/09/2016. The model Lenovo Vibe P1 M 2 GB. Unfortunately, some problem happened to software and pressing the keypad numbers automatically without our touch. Searched for the service centre details on web. Checked in company warranty service center. Shocked by getting the information that the warranty is not available for my phone because the phone was purchased through online. Requested many times to service it. They told that Rs:3,000/- towards service & other charges, since warranty is not applicable. Then willing to pay the amount since I need to use the phone urgently. Again second shocking news they have given that they won't do service though I pay the amount because the company service center will service for only for the phones under warranty only. Went to outside service center and they quoted Rs:4,000/- but they suggested me to go for new one instead of spending much amount. Advise you all not to buy through online, if you need warranty to the phone.
Lenovo is a good product.but they are very careless about the customers.There are so many branded mobiles with volte enabled in cheap rates in the market.but we are buying so much cost like Lenovo vibe p1 and p1 turbo.but there is no volte service.when they will update.
No software update for more than 7 months.. We will never buy any Lenovo mobile phone ever after in our lives..
I have the phone since 2015 til now and it work as first day , I have add updated , i have try thousands off application all was perfect , my only advice for you who think to get one is do not try to charge it with other charger just with the original one.
today my battery life 48H to 56H with all my business in it.
I have been using this phone quite some time now. It had awesome battery back up. Used to last 1.5 days at ease.
But now The battery is draining quite quickly? Need the feel to charge twice in a single day. Anyone facing the issue? Any solutions ?

bought lenovo vibe p1 in march 16. after 3 months one sim is gone. went to service centre.tampered my phone motherboard. phone got dead again went to service centre in tilaknagar delhi.somehow it is running .yes phone is good but as per cost some features should more be added.dhould be customer friendly.overall performance is good
Very bad device ....Bought only 6 months...Touch too much problem. ...3 or 4 my friends facing the same issue for other Lenovo models also...Pls avoid this device and buy another company beyter mobiles...
