You can go to settings- power management - background apps then you can unable any app from auto-start. In storage, you can scroll down until you find the trash cleaner to clean junk files.

1.install clean master and run it every day
2.install battery doctor do settings inside it(enable auto kill apps) and go to system settings then accessibility then turn On battery doctor,after this SUPER OPTIMIZE will apper on your home screen click it every hour it will save your battery

it doesn't feel right for lenovo , not taking any actions about the problem. the phone is a mess right now, not that much use, can't use internet with it!
you can just text or call only.
