Anonymous, 18 Nov 2015It took more time to charge the phone...almost 10 hours for full charge...whether anyone exper... morei got 15% power from 20minutes charging, i think it's fast enough.
i use 2.1Amp output charger with fast charging usb cable.

Whenever i tap the "Music" program... it always say "unfortunately, Music has stopped".
Anyone know Why and how to fix this?
now i use "Play Music" only, & it works fine.

Press the power switch until the shutdown menu comes on, then press the silent highlight. This is default for Kitkat and lollipop

Ganesh S, 17 Nov 2015its have no back light for touch sensitive buttons.I haven't got the phone yet. As per online video reviews, the touch buttons are backlit, at least on the white version

Anonymous, 16 Nov 2015are there different 2 sim card slots and 1 sd card slot..or sd card uses one sim card slots.Yes, it does have two MICRO SIM slots and a separate SD card slot. Even I was worried based on the spec listed in GSM Arena but was clarified after buying the phones and having a look for myself. Cheers,
