Mine is only one month old, purchased in KSA. I tried it and all functions went well. But when I got back here in the Philippines it has been taking me forever to charge it (8hours or more to full). It has been four days since it suddenly shut down, it would not open even if I tried charging it a lot of times. Please help me. I do not know what to do.

Has the phone includes NFC? Other specifications are fine. Camera and battery are very good.

I got the mobile six month ago and till now I've three times factory reset with no clear reason. two of then while I'm walking in the street and the mobile in my back pocket. no mistaken touch due to bad position in my pocket nor mistaken screen unlock as I've PIN enabled. every time I've to recover again my apps and its data. this is really bad thing and even the first time to have with any mobile I've ever used.
