i have purchased phone in 15th Dec 2015 after two months I am facing screen touch problem , it was really disappointing me , even after restart in safe mode also problem not resolve , i was taken to lenova service centre the technician says that is touch problem touch screen need to replace it will take mim three weeks . who will wait this much time ?? actual problem is with OS version problem. Pls suggest how to downgrade to OS 5.0 .

goto play store and stop autoupdates of app your problem will be solved. secondly i have no issues is opening sms or contacts. dnt know why other people here are facing this problem. i have 400 contacts. it opens instantaneously.

This phone is **** it download apps on it's own .I can't stop this autocorrect although I tried everysingle way .
I just regret buying this phone😑

AnonD-510646, 04 Mar 2016I cannot pick incoming calls while phone is locked, it shows four(4) options but the green but... moreI think there is a issue in this phone. When phone is locked or not active then to pick a call;
you need to drag the red option to the middle part of 4 options given. Try it you will be able to pick a call in this way i.e. drag red option to middle of 4 options. In middle part of 4 options one icon is given; you need to drag red option till that point.
