Holly 2 Plus has a better camera & processor spec sheet. All the other features are pretty much the same, though Holly 2 Plus supports more expandable memory. According to the reviews i've read, Holly 2 Plus's speaker is not as good as the one on the Vibe P1m. The display is more reflective in sunlight.
Overall, i think Vibe P1m is a better choice, though it's processor is less powerful. But, for the price i think it's a steal

Task killer is real killer of app it stop many app from autorun. App like call recorder kill by task killer. Poor ui need many reairig. Call setting like auto call recording function can't enable.
